The hour
Bring the thing you’re stuck on.
What they are building is a resource, not a run of events — hands-on labs you leave with the thing actually working, and a curated shelf of free training that starts at AWS Educate, takes no credit card, and points at Google Cloud, Microsoft Learn and freeCodeCamp as readily as at AWS.
Which makes the hour wider than the people already writing YAML. A creative pricing a render pipeline, a founder who wants the bill before the raise, a student after a first Lambda, a developer with an architecture argument to settle — four questions, one room, the same infrastructure underneath all of them.
Free with Startup + Tech Week registration. All levels, in their own words — from “just deployed my first Lambda” to “I architect multi-region systems for fun.”
Most of what a week like this hands you expires when the week does. This does not. The group meets all year, charges nothing, is run by people who work here, and its own resources page sends you to Microsoft Learn and Google Cloud as happily as to AWS — which is how you tell a community from a channel. The hour is the introduction. The resource was already yours.
