Before the week unplugs at the Bash, the stage and the screen go to whoever spent it building. Five minutes, one screen, unfiltered output — no pitch deck, no corporate template, and nothing that needs a slide to explain it.
Shipped code this week, designed an interface, wired up an agent, deployed open-source hardware, cut something in a media app: all of it plugs in. Developers, designers, founders, students, and anyone who came to see what the city is actually making.

A demo is the one claim in tech that cannot be faked in the telling — it either runs in front of the room or it does not. The five circuits spend the week in separate rooms explaining their work to their own people. This is the hour they do it to each other, on one stage, with the thing running, before the whole floor walks a block west to the Bash.
