Janie Martinez Gonzalez has been building through technology disruption for more than three decades. She founded Webhead in San Antonio during the early internet and dot com era, when companies were still figuring out what the web would mean for business. Today, Janie is navigating another transformation with AI while helping build toward what comes next through Quantum Realm Computing, a division of Webhead focused on quantum readiness, research and applied innovation. Janie also brings a perspective that is not always found in the startup conversation. She sat on both sides of the technology table.
