Bill Gonzalez

Bill is a technology subject matter expert with 29 years in advanced computer and data science. As founder and principal investigator of Quantum Realm Computing, he leads work integrating quantum algorithms, AI, and cloud-based DevSecOps architectures to accelerate mission readiness for DoD ISR, Cyber, and DevSecOps programs. At Webhead, Bill established the Software Factory — cloud-based, automation-enabled, built to deliver secure products at scale. He currently leads Webhead's work with U2 and has led prior projects with NGA and AWACS, designing and deploying full-stack solutions to federal government mission challenges. His technical range spans web, mobile, security, and cloud, with deep expertise in DevSecOps, new product development, and enterprise architecture across commercial and government clients. Bill also advises startups in the quantum computing sector, bringing his expertise to bear on applied quantum innovation. He holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
