As Founder and CEO of Gentry Tech and Gentry Media, I connect people, organizations, and communities with opportunities across the technology industry. Gentry Tech is a technology staffing firm that connects skilled professionals with employment and contract opportunities in areas such as AI, software development, cybersecurity, data, and other emerging technologies. We are committed to consistently sharing opportunities, helping talented professionals advance their careers, and providing organizations with the expertise they need. Through Gentry Media, I host and produce technology events primarily in Austin and San Antonio. These events bring together founders, investors, industry leaders, and technology professionals to explore AI, blockchain, emerging technology, and the future of innovation. Before entering the technology industry, I built a 20-year career in financial services, including serving as a mortgage underwriter at USAA. I later made a deliberate transition into blockchain and emerging technology after recognizing their potential to create new economic and wealth-building opportunities, particularly for historically underserved communities.
