Prior to launching LATOUR ADVISORY, Emily held senior executive roles at Accenture and Gartner, where she led multi-million-dollar P&Ls, advised Fortune 100 executives, and partnered with private equity and venture-backed organizations to drive sustained revenue growth and scale new products from zero to $1B. A trusted partner to private equity firms, she also guided portfolio companies in reducing risk and scaling sustainably to realize capital-efficient growth. Emily has partnered with clients across a myriad of industries specifically healthcare, state and local government, oil and gas, aerospace and defense, high-tech, telecom, and entertainment while leading complex, digital and organizational transformation, go-to-market strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. A native New Orleanian, Emily believes in the power of community and contributes her expertise through board service within private companies and not-for-profit organizations driving positive systemic change.
