Jonathan Perry is the founder and CEO of Ractive, where he develops interactive experiences for training, education, and entertainment using real-time game engines. His work combines automation, procedural generation, and designer-driven tools to make complex content creation more scalable. Prior to founding Ractive, he worked as a cinematic designer and director on the Mass Effect and Dragon Age franchises, developing procedural tools and content pipelines designed to generate large volumes of high-quality cinematic content for interactive narratives.
