Joshua Collins is a San Antonio film director and producer. As Tech Bloc’s Operations Manager, his work lies at the intersection of creativity and innovation. In 2026, he received a Silver Telly Award for directing and producing 'A Farewell to Ron', which focused on former Mayor Ron Nirenberg as he termed out of office. With a bachelor’s degree from UT San Antonio and an MBA from St. Mary’s University, Josh aims to tell better stories — and build a better city — together.
