Laney Cloud

Laney is the Chief Executive Officer of The Village. She has almost 15 years of experience in high-growth start-ups and managing large, high revenue teams. She has repeatedly demonstrated success as the first sales hire in promising ventures, charged with bringing a product or service to the market. Most recently, as Vice President of Central, North America for Via, Laney worked with mayors and municipal leadership to improve public transit in cities across the country. Laney oversaw a $150M+ book of business, the most successful region in the company, with close to 200 accounts across the Midwest and South. Laney has an enthusiasm for leadership and team culture growing the largest team at Via globally, both in revenue and team size. With a dream of owning a spa and strong family experience in the industry, Laney plans to take her experience in building large businesses and managing high-performing teams into this new chapter of opening The Village. Laney graduated from Texas A&M University and is based in San Antonio, TX.
