Leon Hitchens

Leon Hitchens is COO and co-founder of Ruskin Consulting, a remote-first marketing agency managing millions in ad spend for clients across the country. Most of his work is figuring out where AI actually earns its keep inside an agency, from ad operations to reporting to go-to-market, and he's given talks around the country on what works and what doesn't. Leon also runs Hitchens Ventures, backing and advising early-stage Texas startups, co-founded MintLocke, and hosts The Marketing Boost podcast.
