Leticia de Leon is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Salsa De Leon, where she leads the company’s daily operations, strategic growth, scaling initiatives and product innovation. With more than 25 years of executive experience in the corporate sector, Leticia brings a strong background in operations, leadership, finance and business development, with a proven ability to help organizations grow from startups into high-performing organizations. Leticia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Her entrepreneurial journey also made history at UTSA, where Salsa De Leon became the first food product to be officially licensed through the Collegiate Licensing Company, earning the distinction of becoming the Official Licensed Salsa of UTSA. Alongside her work with Salsa De Leon, supporting her husband’s business, and being involvement in her two children’s endeavors, Leticia is deeply committed to serving her community, supporting local business growth, and creating opportunities for future generations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Manufacturers Association and participates on several organizational committees. For more than 15 years, she has led the children’s summer food program she founded, helping provide meals to children facing food insecurity during summer break. Today, Salsa De Leon is available in H-E-B stores across Texas, Brookshire Brothers locations throughout Texas and Louisiana, and online. As the company continues to grow and expand, Leticia remains focused on building a strong Texas-based brand and creating new opportunities for Salsa De Leon to reach customers beyond its current footprint.
