Liz Hocker

Liz Hocker is a business executive with more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, banking, business operations, and consulting. Prior to joining TXSE, she was the regional head of capital markets for The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE Texas. Previously, Hocker was Nasdaq's managing director of the Southwest United States. At Nasdaq, she led the executive teams of over 150 companies through successful new listings, representing over $117B in market value, including some of the most high-profile IPOs in recent years. Hocker is currently the lead independent board member of FireFly Robotics, and previously served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Central Texas, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Community Advisory Council for The Ronald McDonald House. Hocker holds a bachelor of arts degree from Saint Edward's University, a Leadership Academy Certification from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin, and was certified by the Wharton Business School's Executive Education Program on Corporate Governance.
