Patrick Mays

Patrick Mays is majority owner and Chief Operating Officer of Morris Technology Solutions, a San Antonio–based IT consulting and managed services firm that he acquired in 2023. Before returning to San Antonio, Patrick served as a management consultant at Baylor Scott & White Health, where he led digital innovation initiatives, and at EY, where he advised clients on M&A due diligence and large-scale healthcare technology transformations. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University. Patrick currently serves on the board of Gabriella’s Smile Foundation, The Dee Howard Foundation, and on the Advisory Council of the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County. Both San Antonio natives, he and his wife, CC, moved back to raise their family. They have a 2-year old daughter and 4 month old son.
