Ron Ondechek Jr

Ron is the Founder and Managing Partner of South Highland Ventures, an operator-led investment fund focused on entrepreneurship through acquisition. He brings more than 20 years of venture capital and private equity experience, having completed more than 100 transactions and served on over 20 company boards. His connection to ETA is also personal: his grandfather lost the family business because there was no succession plan, an experience that shaped Ron’s interest in helping preserve great businesses by connecting them with the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.
