I built Chamoy Labs with this underlying philosophy that drives everything we do. For years, I worked as a software engineer and saw the same pattern repeat. Smart people. Real problems. And then months of discovery, endless decks, and slow decision making. By the time something finally shipped, the moment had already passed. In the AI era, speed is not a nice to have. It is survival. There is something poetic about a system that fits in its universe. One that respects how people already think, work, and move through the world. The best software does not fight reality. It aligns with it. That is what we aim to build. Systems that feel obvious in hindsight because they were shaped by real use, real constraints, and real taste.
