Build a Startup, Live

This will be a live build, not a lecture. One agent, one clear task at a time — no multi-agent chains. Give us one startup idea from the room, and in 40 minutes we'll build its brand live on stage — name, logo, and pitch — using today's leading AI models, US and Chinese side by side, so you can judge the results yourself. Then we hit the question every AI founder actually has to answer: what happens when your first customer has no wifi? Watch a small AI model take over the job completely offline, running for free instead of by the API call — and leave with a real framework for deciding when AI should live in the cloud versus on your own device. The one sentence they leave with: "Cloud for creative ceiling, local for the reliability floor — that's the actual tradeoff behind every AI product decision
