Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah is an AI strategist who spends his days doing the thing most people only talk about: getting AI actually adopted, not just piloted. By day, he architects enterprise AI systems for Fortune 100 clients. Outside that, he co-founded a civic initiative Learn2AI, an Approved AI Training Provider under the City of San Antonio's Ready to Work program, and is currently building Radarsight, a privacy-first patient safety device, through UTSA's competitive TX-FAST cohort. He's spent a decade chasing the same question in different forms: who gets access to the tools reshaping their work, and who gets left behind.
