He is the founder and CEO of Tio Pelon’s Salsita, a food manufacturing company he launched in 2015, and founder of SupplyProLog, an early-stage software company developing supply-chain and production-management tools for growing manufacturers. Drawing from more than a decade of hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, retail, and entrepreneurship, Oscar focuses on building practical solutions to problems he has experienced firsthand as a business owner.
